It is paradoxical to know that, on one hand, we aspire for a better global, economic and social order, while on the other hand, there is a deterioration of values because of excessive materialistic achievements.

There is a need to replace the present system of education with a more constructive and humane system. It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. An educational institution that emphasizes making children responsible citizens acts as a guiding light for future generations.

I remember the famous poet T. S. Eliot's saying:

Where is the wisdom that we have lost in knowledge? Where is the knowledge that we have lost in information?

Education should be man-making, life-building and character-making.

Teachers have a significant role in shaping a child's future. Educational institutions with dedicated teachers are the safest and strongest agencies for this important task.
